What a pleasure it has been working with Sanit. We bought our house at the end of April and unwavering, she guided us along the entire buying process. We never felt pressure, unsure, or blinded by her interactions and offerings. She really spent the time to understand our needs and get to know us as “friends” and not as a business transaction. Her professionalism, expertise, local knowledge, and great follow thru set her apart from the rest. We felt her honest & sincere commitment, passion, and eagerness in helping us secure our new home. Examples such as making herself available on short notice (and at any time!) to best suit our schedules as well as knowing when to push us to move fast versus when the timing wasn’t right. Sanit stepped in when our Realtor (provided by my relocation agency) had gone on vacation, and she did a phenomenal job of getting up to speed on our preferences, giving local advice, showing us homes (night or day!), and finally presenting two offers for us, the second of which got accepted. Sanit's strengths lie in her dedication to her work and her clients - she never said no to any of our requests. She always figured out a way to make it work. She understood our motivation and drive to purchase a home as soon as possible, without many compromises, and she advised on ways we could achieve this. Given me and my husbands work schedules, she worked around this, communicating with us at night as needed to put together urgent paperwork and get signatures. We always feel very comfortable approaching Sanit (or her partner who we also worked with closely), with any questions or favors. Overall, our home-buying experience, in a tough, fast, stressful market like that of the peninsula , was relatively smooth and enjoyable, and that is largely because of both the realtors we had the pleasure of working with. After our home purchase, I have stayed in touch with Sanit, and gotten lots of good local advice, and even personal help regarding my childs daycare. I'd recommend working with Sanit!

The stager that Sanit recommended exceeded our expectations with the interior design and got multiple complements from my friends and family. Of course, we received 7 offers for our old home, all of which came in well above asking price. Sanit helped advise us on a winning bid for our new home that was in our minds very reasonable.
