Sangty was amazing and so helpful in our house hunting venture. We just moved out to Maryland from CO and had no idea where to even begin looking. Sangty gave us a few ideas with the information about us that we gave him and got us on a good path. He was very understanding when we changed our house hunting location to a completely different part of the state than we were previously looking at. Sangty has far exceeded our expectations and if it weren’t for him who know’s what our first home buying experience would have been like. With the market being as tough as it is and a few misfortunes along the way we didn’t think we would ever find our way into a house. But Sangty persisted.
