Sangerald was friendly and very professional. Anytime i texted him he got back to me with a response as quickly as he could even when he was on vacation. When i was on vacation he went to go see a condo for us since we physically couldn’t make it and it ended up being our home that we just closed on! He is very on top of things and is very organized. I definitely would recommend him for any service he provides!
Sangerald was great during our selling process. We were in a difficult market with many new builds offering incentives making our resale less attractive to buyers. He never gave up and worked with us through the process, trying different price points until we found a deal that stuck. Knowledgable about the market and willing to work with us to get the most for our house. He kept in constant contact with us, we were never wondering what was going on with the process.

Sangerald was wonderful to work with from start to finish. As first time homebuyers, he was a fantastic resource to lean on and guided us through the entire home buying process. He was really quick to pick up on our tastes, and made sound and timely recommendations of houses to look at. He was just as quick to pick up the phone and to answer texts whenever we needed him, and we really appreciated the flexibility of being able to text or call depending on the situation and get a quick response. Sangerald has a great network and made awesome recommendations for lenders, inspectors, etc., and even other professionals like an irrigation specialist. While we didn't end up using every single person he recommended due to scheduling constraints or personal preference (though we did use most!) I have full faith and confidence in anyone he recommends. Sangerald made the home buying process easy, and we would be thrilled to use him again and recommend him to our friends and family.
