Sanetti did an excellent job assisting in setting a fair market price for the residence.
Sanetti was excellent in his approach to market this residence. The outline presentation was very impressive and the photography showed the points that needed to be emphasized to display with unit in its best light. He helped to set the unit at a price point that would induce the needed interest and still obtain top value for the unit. His knowledge and experience were greatly appreciated.
