As interest rates went up and the amount of down payment went down, she adjusted my needs and wants and showed me many options in the 55+ communities. She helped me narrow down my choices and walked me through the buying process all the way through escrow. She stayed on top of the paperwork and explained anything I wasn't sure of. She has checked in with me since I moved in to make sure everything was ok. Sandy made me feel like I was her only client. She got bac k to me quickly if she didn't happen to answer the phone.
