Sandy has been a extremely helpful during the process of selling our home. She advised and suggested things that we should do to get the home ready for sale, which we took to heart and did. She even provided a professional photographer to take the photos at her expense. Communication was very good, there was no lack of it which we really appreciated. She was very accommodating to work around our schedule and needs, which we loved. We got the property listed and under contract in less than a week. We were very happy about that considering there were other properties in our neighborhood that were over 30 days listed. We want to add that it was very nice that Sandy helped us weed out those low ballers by screening each and every potential buyer.
