Sandy sold the house in 2 days … that says it all. She also was very good at reminding me of the paperwork and repairs that needed to get done, so they could be completed calmly rather having to rush around at the last minute. She also showed us the house we purchased (and closed on the same day we closed on the house we were selling), and we love the new house.

Sandy was a pleasure to work with! She listened to what we wanted in a home, did not rush us to make a decision, and gave great advice as we were first time home buyers. She was great about communicating when she was available and met with us multiple times per week to show different houses. In addition, she made herself available via phone, text and email so we could contact her very easily. When the first home we wanted to purchase didn’t work out, she made sure to keep us updated as to the status of the paperwork and when we could start looking again. She made sure to explain the many aspects of the contract to us, answered any questions we had and was able to help us close on our home in less than 30 days. Overall, I would recommend Sandy to anyone purchasing a home!
