Once we made our offer everything was well organized to the closing! She and her assistant made this process so easy especially since we were having to do everything remotely! Sandy assisted with the original purchase of property in February 2022. We live in the DC area and we were impressed with Sandy’s initial follow thru when we were just inquiring about property. We would contact her and she would immediately make herself available if we had relatives that were going to view the property for us. Sandy made the arrangements streamline and she would contact our relatives to setup appointments. We appreciated Sandy’s candid feedback on properties and her willingness to work with us from afar. Sandy assisted with arranging the handling of the settlement, securing home owners insurance, setting up the home inspection, and completion of the HOA application. Sandy even went as far paying the application fee up front because we were on such a short deadline to get the application approved. Sandy took the check personally to HOA to expedite the process. Unfortunately because of personal reason we had to sell the property and once again Sandy offered 5 Star service. We totally ?? luck out when we found Sandy. She is excellent with follow through and communication.

Professional, nice looked over the condo gave some ideas on showing it, had all the correct paperwork first time meeting. I live out of state and she took care of everything from prepping the condo for pictures to some minor repairs she had arranged to be done for me.
