Overall Experience

I am greatly pleased with my experience with Sandy and Tom. This wasn’t the first time I sold a property but it was the first time I sold a Trust property. This was my parents’ house of 56 years and both had passed away. I needed to appease the other beneficiaries. Not only did I have the turmoil of cleaning out 56 years of stuff but I was also letting go of my childhood home. Other real estate agents I have worked with in the past wanted to immediately change things. Sandy and Tom recognized areas that need sprucing up but without major overhauls. Tom did a lot of sweat equity himself and was able to make deals when money needed to be spent. Sandy is familiar with Trusts and gave guidance when necessary. I got an offer on the very first open house for full asking price.
