I loved working with Sandy to sell our house! Sandy is the absolute BEST stager and decorator and made my house look beautiful, resulting in fabulous photos and videos! The first weekend our house was on the market, Sandy hosted 2 open houses and many individual showings, resulting in over 100 people visiting our house within the first few days. After that first weekend, we had 3 offers and she meticulously walked us through how to evaluate each offer and how to decide which one was best for us. Sandy is very thorough in the real estate sales process, explaining each step of the process, making informed recommendations, but ultimately letting the sellers decide what to do.
