Great͏ Communication Sandy was amazing!!! We moved from Washington state to Kingman, AZ - it was a challenge finding a realtor that we felt comfortable working with across the county, but Sandy sent us weekly progress ideas of our house, and went above and beyond in helping us through the biggest purchase we have ever made!!! 10 out of 10, do recommend!!!

Sandy helped us find the right home and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.

I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and was willing to go above and beyond to make things go as smoothly as possible. I never had any issues with getting in contact with her. Shed always get back the same day usually within a few minutes of me messaging.

Sandy Dudly helped me get my house sold, she was very professional and knowledgeable of everything that I did not know needed to be done. I especially appreciated the fact that she was in constant contact with me through the entire process. I would highly recommend Sandy Dudley and would absolutely go through her again.

I was very fortunate to work with Sandy while selling my home in Kingman. In my case, I had some work I needed to get done on the house before selling. Sandy helped facilitate that process and we got the work done in a fraction of the time it would have taken me alone. She is also a wonderful communicator and I never felt like I was alone or stumbling blindly throughout the entire process. One of the best assets that Sandy has available to her is her network. She knew everyone from the workers at Home Depot, to painters, to pool repairmen out in Lake Havasu. What's more, all of these people knew, trusted, and respected her. I always felt like these people weren't there just to make a quick buck but to help me and deliver quality service. This speaks volumes about Sandy's character and I am so grateful that I was able to do business with her and her people. On a personal note, as an accountant, I've worked with a number of real estate agents over the years and had developed a negative bias toward them. I kind of viewed real estate agents as greasy and greedy people who were more concerned with earning a commission than anything else. Sandy totally shattered that stereotype. Over everything else, Sandy earned the respect of myself and, moreover, my grandfather, who I referred to Sandy when he also needed to sell his home in Kingman. I can't say enough about what a blessing she was and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area. Thank you so much for everything Sandy, I wish you continued success in the future!

Sandy was recommended to us by a family member who knew of her reputation and without reservation I can say she is the type of realtor that EVERY buyer or seller hopes to find. When Sandy says she makes her client her number one priority, she honestly means it! She takes the time to get to know you, your needs and your dreams! She develops a relationship with you. This lady is knowledgeable and is happy to share her experience and wisdom. She is quick to spot potential “glitches” and knows how to deal with them quickly and effectively. Gaining your trust is important to her. Sandy isn’t afraid to be honest with you, to steer you away from something that isn’t right for you. Finding the right house for you is more important than making a sale. And when you find that special house, she is right there doing everything necessary to make it a reality for you. As you move through the buying /selling process, she explains every step. Questions? She's only a phone call away! Having Sandy as our agent gave us peace of mind in this crazy process. If I am buying or selling, Sandy Dudley will always be my first call.

She sold my house quickly and thoroughly explained all details of the sale and the paperwork.

Made things super easy. If she didn't know something about the property she would definitely find out. Extremely friendly and amazing. Honest about what went on during the process.

Sandy made everything easy! Sold our house in a week and answered any questions we had! I highly recommend her services if you are looking to sale your home. Thank you

Does everything behind the scenes and is hands down the best agent we have ever worked with and will be only one we use!

Sandy was always available to answer questions. All responses were prompt. Helped us sell 3 properties and made the transactions painless and stress free. Will recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell.
