Sandy Ludwig

I have bought and/or sold six homes for my family and myself, prices. I have worked with many realtors. Sandy Ludwig is by far the best realtor I have worked with. I was looking for a small house in need of repair that I could fix up while living in it. We looked at many houses, all below $70k. This low price range meant Sandy would not receive a big commission. I was expecting Sandy, who I did not know before hand, to pressure me to either 1, make up my mind quickly or, 2, move into a higher price range. Other realtors do these 2 things all the time. Sandy did not pressure me to quickly make a decision nor to move into a higher price range. She received a (small) commission based on a low-end, inexpensive house. Past realtors of mine would not have spent as much time as Sandy did, even when I was buying a $270k home years ago. I was impressed with Sandy's knowledge of the market and her quick response times.
