Sandy Lenz was a gift to me. She patiently explainted the selling process & answered all of my many questions waylaying my fears. This was new for me; I was no longe a couple but was doing this on my own. Sandy offered the support that I needed. When it came time to list my house Sandy enlisted the services of a professional photographer who captured the beauty of my home with colored pictures that were then posted on Facebook. She advised me as to how to sell furniture on Facebook as well as how to dispose of unsellable funiture. Sandy Lenz kept in touch with me when she was on vacation with her family and even on her days off. She definitely went above and beyone my expectations makimg the sale of my house a reality. At times I was a handful but she took it in her stride. She was with me to the very end holding my hand virtuallu. I highly recommend Sandy Lenz. Infact, my friends are asking for her name since I continurally tell them how happy I was with her assistance.
