I was familiar with Sandy's market knowledge when I asked her to sell my home, but she surpassed my expectations. She priced my home to meet my needs and to be competitive with its comparables, which she had researched thoroughly. My home sold for asking price plus closing costs in 3 days after only 1 open house. After the offer came in, Sandy was so quick about any amendments or questions that arose. Sandy's diplomacy was exactly what was needed with an extremely difficult buyer's agent. It was a hectic time for me, but Sandy eased the tensions with her grace and her constant offers to help. There was not a day that she overlooked my situation---even helping me cram my car with overload just after the closing. Sandy gets my highest recommendations because she knows her stuff; works incredibly hard; and makes it all pleasant. She's top notch!!

It's hard to even know where to begin on this review: The best way we can describe Sandy Lawrence is she is a DREAM-MAKER! :) We came to know Sandy through our very closest friends who had worked with Sandy this past summer to buy their home. During their process, Sandy welcomed us to tag along and we got to witness firsthand the dedication and passion Sandy has for her profession. It was a no-brainer for us to work with Sandy when our time came a few months later... Sandy is the busiest woman alive! But, she made us feel as though we were her number one priority - She was always easy to reach, she made time to take us house-hunting weekend after weekend, and she held our hands at every step of the daunting process of home-buying. As we were new to Atlanta from Los Angeles, we weren't sure where to even begin looking. But, that didn't deter Sandy. Together, we saw homes in dozens of town in both the Northern and Southern suburbs of Atlanta. We battled offers that fell through & selling agents that were difficult or underhanded. And, thanks to Sandy's patience, we stayed expedient and informed in this competitive Atlanta market! Sandy is a shark & after decades in this business she knows the ins-and-outs of the market here. She also knows so much about home construction & renovations, and was able to give us a comprehensive idea of the necessary home-fixes + pros and cons of every home we saw. (And, trust me, the number of homes we saw was somewhere in the 40's!) Sandy was ever patient, kind, & determined to find us our dream home - She wouldn't stop till the keys were in our hands... And, find us our dream-home she did. After a busy month+ of searching, Sandy helped us purchase our forever-home in East Cobb! If it hadn't have been for her gut feeling on this home, we wouldn't have ever seen it. Sandy will be in our lives forever. She is our family now. And, we'll be eternally grateful for her love and care for us in this milestone moment in our lives.

Sandy is a very courteous and smart agent. She has great relationships with many agents (that was very helpful) and is very knowledgeable and professional. She patiently and relentlessly helped us find our perfect home and always gave us a great and honest advice regardless of the outcome. She seemingly arranged all our inspections and even saw them through. She was available whenever we needed her and always greeted us with that warm and welcoming smile.
