Sandy helped the tenant with this property

Sandy Kocsis, with her 20 years of experience...

Sandy Kocsis, with her 20 years of experience, was an invaluable agent to have when we listed our Fullerton Condo. She helped us maximize our listing potential and got my wife and I top dollar for our unit in spite of the current economic uncertainty. She guided us through the process and always made sure we understood every action we took together as a team. Because of our great experience selling, we continued our partnership and began looking four our new house in Corona. Although it was a particularly competitive market this Summer, Sandy always narrowed down homes that were perfect for us and tirelessly kept us as contenders throughout the bidding process. Not to mention she did not quit with the negotiations until we were satisfied. She has great relationships with all partners associated with closing: lenders, escrow, inspections, fumigation services, etc. The entire escrow process was absolutely effortless. It was a genuine joy and pleasure to work with Sandy and we can't recommend her highly enough for all your Real Estate needs!
