We have known Sandy for a long time but never thought we would need her services. Once we decided to buy a new house in January 2021, we told her what we were looking for and she got to work. Inventory has been limited and fast moving but she found us the perfect home. Sandy was always quick to answer questions and offer guidance along the way. We closed on our new forever home mid February in just under 6 weeks. We finally had our old house ready to list at the end of April. Sandy had multiple offers within a couple of days. We just closed at the end of May, just under 5 weeks! Sandy is top notch with her professionalism and knowledge of the business!
