Our first brand new home!

When I met my wife 20 years ago being our second marriage I promised her, her own home someday. Between us, we have 5 children and 8 Grandchildren so something special was what I wanted for her. Prescott Arizona is what she wanted so that is what I wanted also. :-) We tried at least 5 agents and no one took us seriously because we both work, own a business in another state, and could not be there to hold their hands to find us a home. Somehow, the angels above led us to Sandy. Wow, what a wonderful person! She went right to work to find something in our price range (I believe she found three) and folks kept coming in behind us and paying a premium cash price and we lost them. Her diligence is overwhelming. The next thing you know she come to us with a home that was brand spanking new for only $25,000 more. Of course, we excepted. Sandy walked us through the sale, helped us to find a lender, held our hand the entire way. I am a very driven and savvy businessman Sandy almost makes me look like a choirboy. May I suggest any of you that are looking for a home and do not want to deal with the laziness of modern-day people/Salesmen/ no-nonsense, with his woman you found everything you need. Sandy has become a friend because people like her do not exist anymore. When you use her, I promise you will never regret it.
