She worked with her son David (also a real estate agent) to take care of every detail, and protected my best interest when it became necessary to fight for me. She negotiated extra time for me to stay in my house while I was waiting for my new home to be completed, at no charge to me! She and David helped me in many ways that went above and beyond their duties as a realtor. Everything went exceptionally smoothly and I am very happy with the selling price of my home, which was more than I expected. Sandy helped me sell furniture that I no longer wanted, arranged artwork for showings/open house and did a myriad of other things to help me. I could not have asked for a better realtor and I highly recommend both Sandy and David if you need to sell your home!
