Extreme patience in an extended search
We had a complicated prospect: we wanted to see if we could downsize and move from the suburbs to the city without increasing monthly expenses; since we were happy where we were, we didn't have to move, so we were very picky. And we had to sell our house to pay for the new condo, but couldn't put it on the market until we found a place we wanted to move to. Sandy handled this throughout with professionalism and patience, along with intimate knowledge of both the city and suburban markets and an excellent support staff for financing and insurance needs.
