Sandy was such an awesome agent and she really made the whole process of selling easier for me. I live 3.5 hours away from the property so it was difficult to get the home clean and ready for showing but Sandy took the initiative to go by the home several times to take items to the good will, clean the yard, clean the interior, meet with various home repair people, made smaller repairs to the home. She did so much to help me sell the house, it was unbelievable. I know I'm not listing all that she did to assist in making the sale happen, because there is just too much to list.
