We were first time home buyers and so scared of the process. Sandy listened to what we were looking for in a home and found houses to match our criteria. We have a very large family and had specific ideas on yard space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. She found the perfect home for us in just a couple of weeks and we did not look at that many houses. If we ever sell or buy again, we will use Sandy Gifford and I recommend her any time I know someone buying a home. She walked us through the process step by step and answered all of our questions.
