Sandy has a wonderfully balanced nature. She is beyond patient and very easy going. She offers suggestions to maximize the house selling process. She isn't one to sit back. She takes action and has a pulse on what is going on throughout the entire transaction. Her real estate knowledge is outstanding. I would not consider anyone else other than Sandy for selling or buying a home!

I first started working with Sandy earlier this year. I inherited a home and found letters from Sandy to my Aunt - the deceased. I explained when I first made contact that it would take me some time to clear out the house but that I was very interested in working with her. For months, Sandy patiently waited for me to do what I needed to do to prepare the house for to sell. Sandy gave me the right suggestions on what updates to make and what to not waste my money on. Her advice was right on point. Fast forward to August. She listed the property on a Friday night with plans to hold the open house the very next day, a Saturday. We had multiple offers right away and we settled on the one I was most comfortable with. There was no pressure, just support. As all of this was going on I was also dealing with some health issues with my husband, but literally through it all, she was there. When the buyer’s financing almost fell through, Sandy and her contract person Kristin completed a total of 4 that’s right 4 amendments to the original offer to give the buyer more time even though technically the buyer’s agent should have done that. She waited patiently and even showed up with me to the closing attorney’s office twice. The first time was because the buyer’s financing was delayed but we were not notified, and the second was the actual closing. I’ve never met a more patient and caring realtor and I would recommend her 100% to anyone. I myself will always use her should the need arise.
