Working Sandy, was a very pleasant experiences she helped with a land deal, her knowledge of the process, and attentions to details in the contract saved me lots of money at closing. I would recommend Ms. Deaton to anyone who wants have a stress free deal

We used Sandy to close on the sale of our house this month. Objectively speaking: - She was almost completely unresponsive - I have talked to her asking for a call back and never received one. Regularly failed to return multiple calls. - Complete and utter lack of attention to detail - when asked when our closing was, after no notification from her, she stated the 21st at 11:00am, when in fact we were on a Zoom call signing all of the documents with the attorney at 4:15 the day before. A real estate agent should know when the closing date and time is, where it will be taking place and inform the client of that information as it alters. - Seemingly no working knowledge of the contract and what it contained outside of the commission that she included, which was higher than it should have been and needed to be changed. Another example, Does the washer and dryer stay with the house? Well yes it is listed in the contract to that effect. I think it is the agents job and duty as our representative to read the contract and understand it. She seems like a friendly and kind person, but is she cut out for the real estate business?
