I was selling my first house and I was a total wreck, and a pain in the rearend at the start not knowing what I should do. She did a wonderful job selling the house for what I asked for in a very quick time frame.

Sandy has been wonderful! She started helping me back in 2019 and then when I was unavailable to continue house hunting at that time due to personal reasons, she stayed in contact with me for when I was ready. Then within the last few months I was able to actively look and within a month I had my home. Sandy helped every step of the way, answering any questions I had and was willing to show any house I wanted to see, even multiple times.

Very Friendly and aggressive. Helped with all aspects of finding a home. Many searches and she was eager to help. She went out of her way to make sure we found the right home and got a good price. She was always available to assist since we were out of state and she made sure all inspections went smoothly. Highly recommend would give her 6 stars if allowed. We are from Illinois moving to Florida. She even lined up local utilities and service companies.

We just bought a condominium that needed to be close to the University of Central Florida. Sandy was really knowledgeable about the area and helped us search for what we needed. Once we found the right place she guided us through the purchase and coordinated with the seller, the settlement agency and the bank. Throughout the process she was very responsive; when we contacted her with questions she usually had answers for us in a few minutes. We definitely recommend Sandy for buyers that need an agent in the Orlando area.

Sandy stepped in and was available any time I needed her. She did not sell my home, but was the agent for my purchase. She even came to help me out as a witness for a transaction she was not even part of!!! She is easy going, easy to talk to, and I felt comfortable knowing she was there for my home purchase.
