On or about April 4, 2023 I began working with Sandy Budd and Sarena McDonald on the purchase of our villa located at 1375 Pine Glen Ln, Tarpon Springs, FL. On May 5, 2023 we closed on the property in question. The entire process was completed in one month and it was an absolute pleasure to work with both Sandy and Sarena. They are true professionals, very knowledgeable and added a personal touch that provided us with what I believe to be the best possible experience during the negotiations with the seller and ultimate closing. On several occasions I asked Sandy for help with providing measurements of rooms so we could purchase furniture. Each request was granted in an expeditious manner and always with an email or text reply. Always going above and beyond!
