Sandy is extremely responsive to all requests and questions about the housing market in the area. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will immediately reach out to someone else that can help track down the correct information. She has a very positive, professional attitude that makes her easy to work with and responds promptly to any texts, emails, or voice mail. She is very familiar with the area and tailors the home search to your preferences, but is honest about the reality of the housing market and will provide realistic recommendations and alternatives that may help find the home of your dreams. She was knowledgeable of various types of loans (including VA) and their requirements which resulted in no surprises during the home buying process and led to a smooth closing.
