We began working with Sandy and her team about a year ago. While our new construction townhouse went under contract fairly quickly, the construction process dragged out at least 7 months past the originally expected occupancy date. Sandy made sure she stayed on top of everything and regularly communicated with us. She helped us negotiate items with the builder and gave us great recommendations on a home inspector as well. We wouldn't hesitate to have Sandy represent us again in the future. She's a RockStar!!
