Sandy was an incredible help during the process of selling our house. We had to move suddenly for a new job - I got the offer and within a couple weeks had to start a new job out of state. When I first called her she was extremely responsive and met me in my home the next morning. She gave great advice on what quick improvements we could do to make the home perform well on the market. She was professional, prepared, and very knowledgeable about current pricing trends. Instead of simply putting pictures of the home online, like most realtors do, she had a professional photographer create a video showing a walk through of the entire home. My home always had far more views online than average, I believe because of the beautiful way she advertised it. In the end she sold the home for more than I expected. After we left town, she was always there to check the work done by contractors before I paid and she held them to higher standards than I probably would have been able to. Even though I was out of state for most of the process, she constantly kept me in the loop and always responded quickly. What I was most impressed with, however, was her ability to fit unexpected needs in to her schedule without much notice. More than once she received a call from me unexpectedly needing her to let someone in the home or oversee a repair, and she always found a way to get it done even though she is a popular realtor and her schedule is often packed. I contacted Sandy about 8 months before I decided to sell. She never pressured me, but did call to checked in about once a month. When I decide selling my house was what I wanted to do she was there within 2 days and had it on the market. We were under contract in less than 3 days. She also helped us find a new house and buy it. We wanted to sell our house and use the money as the down payment on the new house.
