Sandy coached my husband and I through buying our first house and I cannot recommend her highly enough! We reached out to Sandy after our friends raved about their experience buying their first home with her. Sandy is incredibly responsive and has strategies for navigating the process. She has a network of excellent professionals she recommended we work with (but with no pressure) and she helped us through all the steps and negotiations. We are pretty new to the DMV, and Sandy suggested we check out neighborhoods we hadn't considered, and because of her we found our home in a part of town we weren't familiar with that was a better fit for us than where we were looking. Sandy is naturally charismatic and fun to work with. Most importantly she is incredible at managing the sales process to machine value in your house. Sandy represented us last year in the sale of our property. This year she helped us with our new build home. She was with us every step of the way,. Sandy was always available for meetings,conference calls or to answer any concerns we had about the process.
