Sandra kept us up to date through out the entire process from several months before we put our house on the market to after closing. She came up with an amazing marketing strategy which resulted of the sale of our house within a day after we put it on the market. We felt completely supported the whole time and she bent over backwards to make the process as smooth as possible for us. We had a couple of maintenance items that had to be done as part of the contract and she helped us schedule the contractors, made sure the work required per the contract was completed, and communicated everything back to the buyers agent.
