We sold our home and purchased a villa in pebble Creek and decided to close both on the same day. I don’t think I would recommend that again but we did it and as we look back, we’re glad we did. Sandra was a calming Influence the whole procedure And we did it!
Sandra was an excellent agent. We planned a one week trip to Arizona to look at retirement communities. Sandra helped us find communities that we could actually stay at during our time in Arizona. She helped us look at five 55 Plus Communities. We saw homes we had found online as well as others she picked out that she thought we would like. Sandra spent at least part of every day we were in Arizona taking us to see homes. She was very knowledgeable about all the communities and if there was something we wanted to know that she could not answer she sought out the information for us.
