In early November 2020, I contacted Sandra to tell her I was a first-time homebuyer and was in the market for a home. Within an hour, we had a comprehensive call over Zoom, laying out the whole process from beginning to end, with suggestions for her trusted home inspectors and mortgage agents. Within 24 hours, she had already sent me a list of available homes which fit the specs and criteria that were on my wishlist and within my budget. We visited a fair selection of homes over the next few weeks until I found a home that fit exactly what I was looking for, which had gone up for sale less than 24 hours prior. Given the hectic market, we quickly put in an offer, and Sandra helped coach me through the negotiations. Over the next month, Sandra made herself very available to me for any questions or advice I had, and I had A LOT. And whenever Sandra was unable to have a call, her partner, CoRen, was happy to help me out. On December 15th, we closed on the house and moved in, and Sandra sent some lovely and very thoughtful housewarming gifts to commemorate the occasion. For what is apparently a very stressful time for most people, I had a very relaxed, but very efficient experience with Sandra, and it couldn't have been easier. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Sandra helped me downsize from a larger home into a condominium. She listened to exactly what I wanted and always found me places to look at that were in my budget and had the characteristics of the type of condo I was looking for. Even though the market wasn't good for buyers, she surmounted all of those challenges and was able to quickly find me exactly what I was looking for! She was also so good at helping me weight all of the options so I did not jump into something that I wouldn't be completely satisfied with. She is extremely knowlegeable about the industry and is the best I have ever worked with!
