Sandy did an excellent job selling our house by going above and beyond by making sure things went smooth with showings while we were out of town. Sandy succesfully negotiated the terms of the sale to our benefit. We accepted an over full price offer after 2 days and with the summer to move out. It was a great experience and would recommend Sandy!
