Sandra Urbina-Martin

I can't say enough things about Sandra. She is so good at what she does, a great realtor. I had commercial property that I was selling. I wasn't sure where to start, what to do, cause it's not like everyday, that a regular person off the street, like myself, is selling commercial property. She helped me navigate through the unknown, and always explained everything to me. The land sold quickly and without any worries, she handled so much for me!! Sandra became my realtor through a mutual friend. The first time we spoke, she was patient and spent a long time on that conversation and always replied to my texts and emails in a timely manner, almost immediately, unless she was with a customer. Now the unbelievable truth to this story is that I NEVER met Sandra in person until the day of closing. She gave me the assurance that she had everything under control, made me feel at ease, and she did. The closing agent at Stewart Title, a friend of mine, could not even believe that I hadn't me Sandra but this is all true; a true story. Sandra is great at what she does, she's on top of things; you can tell she enjoys what she does, she won't disappoint. Sandra thank you for making me feel like your number one customer, thank you so much for everything!!
