Great experience for a first time homebuyer

We purchased our first home via HUD auction with Sandy. She helped us decide on a perfect bid amount to land a deal on our first house! Sandy was a great help throughout our very complicated and lengthy FHA 203k loan process. She gives great advice and unlike most realtors she is very knowledgable about construction and how homes are supposed to be built. I couldn’t imagine going through this process again without having Sandy by our side!
