Sandra is an exceptional realtor! I got a referral from a friend who said she had the perfect realtor for me. And, after meeting Sandra, I knew she was right! I called Sandra, and she was at my home within 15 minutes to chat about the sale of my house. Sandra was extremely kind, pleasant and exceptionally smart in the area of realty. The next day after meeting, Sandra had a professional photographer take photos of my home, including beautiful aerial shots. By the end of that day, she had listed my home for sale on MLS There was a call and viewing that same day, and by the end of the afternoon, I had exactly what I wanted, a cash offer! We signed a contract electronically, and scheduled for a closing date.
