With the number of realtors in south FL it's easy to "find" a realtor. However, I highly recommend doing your research to make sure the one you select is honest, professional, responsive, knowledgeable on all aspects of the profession, and understands your wants/needs/priorities when it comes to buying or selling a property. When we interviewed Sandy she was all the above and more. She listened, was very honest, gave her professional thoughts based on her experience and data she had prepared, and always ended a conversation by pleasantly noting the final decision is ours. We are very particular people, have very high expectations, and have bought and sold property regularly due to relocating. I can honestly say Sandy went far above and beyond and definitely exceeded a 5 star review!!
