Sandy was extremely helpful to us when we were looking to buy a house. From the start when she contacted me to offer her services she was a good listener. I can be very skeptical of "salespeople". Sandy never came across as a salesperson. She truly took an interest in what we wanted and worked within those parameters - although she also helped us expand our thinking since she has good knowledge about the area and what it has to offer at what prices. She was VERY responsive. I ended up feeling like I was working with a friend more than a realtor. It was a great process and we love the home we ended up buying. Sandy knew our main requirements and worked to help us find them in the house.

Working with Sandy was immensely satisfying. She not only attended promptly to every question or request, but more importantly, she brought things to our attention that we would have missed. She was always available. She has a thorough knowledge of local professionals, tradesmen, and local governmental procedures. Buying the property could not have easier, and she helped us settle for a fair price.

My experience with Sandy Shurick was wonderul. She is an aggressive, honest, hard-working, and enjoyable person. She was always communicating with me about what was happening at open houses, advertising, etc. Because of her hard work, and opening it up to other realtors, I sold my house. I would definitely suggest her to anybody that wanted to sell or buy a house.
