She not only helped us quickly close on a cute cottage by recommending a fantastic mortgage broker and real estate attorney but was involved throughout the entire process. Her expertise in negotiating the purchase price as well as keeping us informed about comparable listings made the process easy and smooth. We had been looking for a property in a specific location and Sandy had worked with us for several months and was never frustrated to show us new listings. Her patience is commendable.

We sold our home in Dennis and bought a condo in Yarmouthport with Sandy. She was extremely helpful, guiding us in our search for a condo. I am very impressed by her local knowledge and the fact that she had answers for every question we came up with. She was the calm in the storm when issues came up, as I’ll guess they always do. When I was ready to pull my hair out, she was never out of control and knew the right people to call, wether with the lawyer or the mortgage company.
