Although I missed the summer window to sell my house and was caught with rising interest rates and a softening market Sandra continued to have open houses to allow prospective buyers an opportunity to check out my house. Ultimately a prospective buyer proffered an offer which I accepted. With a few small adjustments to the sale, it was sold on 12/19.
