Sandra Russen is a seasoned Minnesota REALTOR® and Broker delivering start-to-finish real estate services across the Minneapolis West Metro and West Central Minnesota communities — including Delano, Hutchinson, Glencoe, Montevideo, and Granite Falls — since 1997.
With 28 years of industry experience, Sandra brings both executive leadership and hands-on sales expertise to every transaction. Her career includes 15 years as Owner/Broker of two real estate companies and 13 years as an Independent Sales Associate. As of March 1, 2023, she aligned with Fazendin Realtors in Wayzata, Minnesota, expanding her market reach while maintaining her strong West Central roots.
Prior to her real estate career, Sandra served in the United States Army and as business professional as an Accountant/Auditor in the Oil and Gas industry. Her military service developed the operational discipline, logistics coordination, and mission-focused execution that continue to define her professional approach today. Her accounting background brings financial clarity, risk identification, detail orientation in contracts and negation skills with data to her clients.
