As soon as we saw a house that matched our desired "dream house wish," we contacted Sandy to pursue our quest in securing our new home. Not like prior agents, she immediately contacted the selling agent and made a next day appointment for our viewing joy. On the spot, we knew we wanted the house and she took it from there and the paperwork was set in motion. Upon our offer being accepted, we started the listing for our house. Her expertise was welcomed in our effort to stage our home for a quick sale. Shortly, the offers started to come in and the housing transition followed. Not only did Sandy assist in our goal, but made the process as smoothly as possible. Her professionalism and advice expedited the paperwork and getting us in our new house as soon as possible. However, I must say, the process was continually compounded by unforeseen circumstances and obstacles from legal to the mutual realtor advocating for their client, etc. Fortunately, Sandy was on top of all the unforeseen encounters quickly with the results in our favor. I was so impressed of how quickly she would always respond to our calls and immediately act in our best interest. Above all else, she quickly became a person we greatly trusted, admired and enjoyed being in her presence.
