As a Realtor, Sandy was very personable and was always available when we asked her to be.
It took my husband and I a few tries to nail down what was crucial to us in a home. I wanted a one story and a pool, my husband wanted a newer kitchen and minimal yard work and we both preferred Temecula. Well, no fault to Sandy, the pool homes were selling 30 to 40,000 over asking price with multiple bids. We changed tactics to look for a home with yard that could accommodate a pool but the neighborhood at least had to have a community pool. Sandy knew we wanted a neighborhood in Temecula that was established but not too old, homes were well kept, and was within our budget. She ended up showing us a house in Roripaugh Ranch that was a two story but lived like a one story (upstairs had a guest bedroom, bath, and small loft area - perfect for our oldest daughter who is moving in with us so she can go back to school for a career change). It had a great kitchen with an open concept and the community was great! She helped to make our bid the winner and then helped with negotiations and closing process. We would recommend her as a wonderful Realtor who helped making the house hunting process as easy as possible.
