we were so pleased with Sandra ..professional and friendly..we were not able to be in the south and Sandra was great at walking us thru what paperwork had to be done . The sale was quick and she kept us in the loop the whole time. We would highly recommend her and if the time comes we can return she will be the one we would contact for sure.
I needed to sell my home that my mother lived in during the winter. She had just passed away the week prior. Sandra was very friendly and professional. She came to the house and gave me lots of information about herself and made it very personable. She had multiple sources of information on the process and how it worked. She did a great job explaining the entire process. But what made this special is she sat down with me and talked to be about my mother. She could tell that doing this was very difficult on me. I lived 22 hours away and after sitting there for a few minutes i knew i was in good hands. She always kept me informed about how things were progressing. We called her from a sign on a house and she met us within an hour. Although she was busy she made time for us. We bought this place out of 31 that we looked at. She is very nice and knowledgeable. If she didn't know, she called the owner and got answers quick. I would definitely use her again for my real estate needs.
