Very patient and accurate with all she does and this woman gets the job done...she helped me purchase my first home and help me sold it and helped me buy my new home that we just purchased on VALENTINES DAY...SHE ISSSS AWESOME...

We used Sandra Osteen to sell our home in West Columbia, SC and buy our new home in Lexington, SC and she was outstanding. We knew we either wanted land and/or a neighborhood that was safe, had amenities and a backyard that would be able to accommodate a swimming pool of our own. Sandra would send us listings that met our needs and wants. We also were diligently looking and would send them to her. She would accommodate our schedule and take time out to go show us multiple listings while we were getting our house ready to put on the market in case we did find something we would want to put an offer on. Sandra spent time answering our questions and provided tons of info on comps in the area of each listing including our own. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), gave us staging tips, had professional photographs taken, gave other realtors a heads up on our listing, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. I actually cried at how beautiful our home was. Sandra’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had multiple offers and our house went under contract 1 day after we put it on the market for full asking price. She did the walkthrough on the new house with us and has continuously be an advocate for us to make sure we are happy in our new home. I've recommended the Sandra Osteen to everyone I know. She's a true professional and is genuinely nice. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience and our dream would not have become a reality without her.
