Sandra was wonderful from day one when it came to purchasing our home in 2006 in the Augusta area. Being a military family and moving quite often, our experience with her was by far the best. Her level of knowledge, professionalism and experience put us in a beautiful home at an excellent price. When it came time to move, based off of our prior experience it was an obvious choice for us to choose and put trust in Sandra to mange our property. She managed to keep a tenant in our home EVERY month in the 11+ years of renting. She was not only available and immediately responsive to our tenants needs but ours as well. Sandra kept us informed, took care of all maintenance issues, and ensured our property was well maintained over the years. Now the selling part. Sandra made this process easy for us. She did ALL the work and kept us informed throughout the whole process. She scheduled all needed home repairs and inspections and had our house on the market immediately. We received multiple offers on the first day, and she gave us sound advice that got us top dollar for our place! Sandra did an EXCEPTIONAL job and could not have made this journey/experience better for us. She is the best at what she does by being honest, reliable and of course personable!

Sandra was my property mgr and she kept the place rented. When it was time to sell, she took over as my real estate agent. We got it done. Sandra will offer boutique service. Be careful of large real estate and property mgr firms.
