I had to change agents midstream in my search for a home in Tennessee. Sandra was recommended to me and right away I sensed a caring spirit about her. She was very patient and learned very quickly what my wife and I required in a home. Coming from out of state and making 4 trips from Indiana and because of competition against other buyers was frustrating but Sandra hung in there with us and encouraged us along the way. We finally found a home that would work for us well. After the inspection in which we discovered several issues we had to deal with it long distance. Sandra acquired a local contractor to take a deeper look and we received estimates of the work needing done. To me that is going beyond the duties of a typical agent but then Sandra is not a typical agent. I would recommend Sandra to anyone searching for a home in East Tennessee.
Sandra was very diligent in helping us find our new home. She kept us updated on new listings, emailed us updates, and had many phone conversations with us also. Sandra took pictures and videos on the walk through the day before closing and was very helpful in answering all our (numerous) questions. Over the course of 6 months of working/dealing with Sandra we also became pretty good friends!
