By a stroke of luck I found Sandra Milo, who was able to coordinate several different repair services, at very reasonable costs, and clear up issues with the township. This was no easy project. To her credit, she pulled it all together, arranged for closing without me having to travel to Florida, and sold the house for more than it was listed for. I researched Sandra Milo for a year before deciding to hire her as my realtor. I kept an eye on her home sales and was very impressed! We needed a realtor in the Tamarac area to sell our 2/2 villa. We officially had our first meeting with her and put our house on the market. A day later we had a buyer but unfortunately that buyer was not approved.
