Sandra is incredibly patient. My wife and I met her at an open house when we were just starting out on our home buying journey. We kept in touch with Sandra and had many questions. It took over 3 years from the day we met to finally find a house that Sandra helped us purchase. Not once over those years did Sandra push us. She answered all of our calls and questions as we got up to speed and comfortable with buying a home. Sandra helped us every step of the way as first-time home buyers. We had so many questions and she answered them quickly, accurately, and with a great deal of detail and background that helped us feel very comfortable with the process. In order to purchase the home we wanted, we had to move forward with a quick escrow and Sandra's deep roster of contacts helped us ensure that every step throughout escrow went smoothly. We never would have hit the closing timeline without Sandra's attention to detail, hand holding for us, and depth of knowledge in the home buying process. We cannot recommend her enough. She was incredible and I'm not sure we would have closed on our home without her guiding the way.
