Sandra had a great sense of understanding how Steve and I worked. As we were out of town buyers, she provided us with lots of information to enable us to get up-to-speed on the Dana Point market, without being pushing. She respected the fact that we weren’t in the market….yet. And when were ready to act, she personally went and toured potential homes and sent us videos so that when we came out to DP, we could use our time efficiently. As we ended up purchasing a condo still being built, she stayed in touch, even when there wasn’t news to report to let us know she was watching out for us. She contacted various agencies to gain information for us on the permitting process and ensured that we were in the loop in spite of the fact we were out of state. We were extremely pleased with not only the service that Sandra provided, but the counsel and the care that she provided.
